Submit your 2012 RI Unclaimed Property Holder Report Online:

New for 2012, Rhode Island is now participating in UPExpress-- an online report submission system that allows holders to securely transmit their report and associated documents directly to Rhode Island. (The system accepts reports from a variety of Unclaimed Property Software--HRS Pro, UPCS, etc.)

Unclaimed Property Reporting Guidelines

If you are an institution that is holding the unclaimed property of a Rhode Island resident, the state now requires electronic submission of the data. However, if you have FEWER than 25 properties to report, you may submit your holdings by following these instructions: RI Forms UP1 and UP2
